Alma media starts the acquisition of its own shares

Middle Soul initiates the acquisition of own shares for the share-based incentive system. The acquisition of shares will start on April 30 at the earliest and will end when the necessary shares have been acquired.

The amount to be acquired is a maximum of 350,000 company shares. The amount corresponds to 0.4 percent of all Alma Media shares. The shares are acquired for the implementation of the company’s share-based incentive system.

The company’s own shares are purchased other than in proportion to the shares owned by the shareholders with the company’s free equity at the market price at the time of acquisition of the shares in trading organized by Nasdaq Helsinki on the regulated market.

The total registered number of Alma Media shares is 82,383,182.
