A food company Fodelian subsidiary Fodelia Retail has sold the business operations of Perniö Liha and Helsinki sausage factory today, May 24.
Fodelia initially announced the conditional business transactions on April 23.
“The deals were conditional on the fulfillment of the conditions included in the agreements and the simultaneous implementation of both deals,” states the company’s press release.
Perniö meat brand was bought Heritage 1930 and the Helsinki sausage factory brand lazy meat processing plant.
