Aramco sets the final price for the secondary offering at 27.25 riyals

The Saudi Oil Company “Aramco” announced, on Friday, the selling price of its shares in the secondary offering at 27.25 riyals ($7.27) per share, which is the lower limit of the price range, which was matched by the price of 29 riyals at the upper limit.

The offering included 1.545 billion shares, representing about 0.64% of the company’s issued shares.

All shares allocated to individual subscribers will be allocated so that each subscriber will be given no less than 10 shares, and the remaining shares will be allocated on a proportional basis with an average allocation of 25.13%.

The company indicated that the shares allocated to individual subscribers were fully subscribed, as the number of individual subscribers reached 1.33 million subscribers. Accordingly, 10% of the offering shares will be allocated, excluding the shares issued under the additional allocation option, to individual subscribers, and the remaining 90% of the shares will be allocated. Offering to subscribing institutions.
