The bank said that it corrected the error and that it would reimburse customers for the erroneously collected and unpaid interest subsidies in the July installment.

The reader says that he was informed of the error even before the June installment was debited. He had asked to correct the batch before the debit, but the debit was done anyway.

Takala says that customers have been informed about the matter and that the repair has been done automatically, and does not require any action from customers.
