Petroleum exports to Saudi Arabia declined by 4.2% in April

Saudi Arabia’s oil exports fell 4.2 percent in April from a year earlier, data from the General Authority for Statistics showed on Monday. Non-oil exports grew 12.4 percent, while merchandise exports fell 1 percent in April from a year earlier. The kingdom’s imports fell 1.3 percent in April from a year earlier. China was the kingdom’s main export destination, accounting for 16.6 percent of total exports, followed by Japan and India. China also ranked first in the kingdom’s imports in April, accounting for 22.4 percent of total imports, followed by the United States and India.
