Dubai real estate records 665 sales worth AED 1.7 billion

Real estate transactions in the Dubai market recorded, on Wednesday, about 2.6 billion dirhams, resulting from 874 procedures, according to data from Dubai REST.

The value of sales reached AED 1.68 billion, resulting from 665 transactions, the highest of which was in the Palm Jumeirah area, with a value of AED 143 million through 11 transactions, followed by Airport City in second place with approximately AED 107 million (23 transactions), followed by Business Bay in third place with AED 87 million (46 transactions).

Mortgages also amounted to AED 691 million through 158 procedures, with Palm Jumeirah coming first with a value of AED 156 million through 6 procedures, then Al Quoz Industrial 3 came second with AED 105 million resulting from one procedure, followed by Al Quoz 3 in third place with about AED 94 million through one procedure.

As for donations, they reached 229 million dirhams through 51 transactions. Al Quoz 3 came in first place with a value of 65 million dirhams through one transaction, then Al Barari came in second with about 55 million dirhams through one transaction, and Palm Jumeirah came in third with 32 million dirhams resulting from 4 transactions.
