A total of 155 bookstores from 94 Spanish cities have joined the #LibreríasDeGuardia campaign, promoted by Grupo Planeta for World Mental Health Day to value the role of books in people’s lives.

As reported this Wednesday by the company, the Editorial Division of Grupo Planeta repeats the initiative that seeks to contribute to keeping Mental health at the center of the conversation, “talking to maintain sanity.”

“Reading offers us great benefits on a cognitive and emotional level,” said Grupo Planeta, which has also warned that mental health will be the leading cause of disability in the world in 2030.
