Long then, in January 2021, Marvel launched its first new TV series Wandavision. It looked good and new, downright experimental. Kathryn Hahnin played by the witch Agatha Harkness was a delightful supporting character. Hahn received an Emmy nomination for her role, and Disney immediately announced that Agatha would get her own series.

In the three and a half years since then, the world of Marvel’s movies and TV series has gone into a fairly messy knot. Agatha All Along is already the tenth Marvel TV series.

Agatha All Alongin however, the first four episodes look like none of the mess seen in between happened. In a way, good.

Any you don’t see superhero stories in this series. The series is more in the same genre as traditional witch series such as My sister is a witch (Charmed) and Sabrina Teenswith Even Buffy the Vampire Slayer feel echoes.

The series flies in its own self-aware camp orbit, far from the wrinkled foreheads of superheroes. The sets are stupid, and the action is sometimes quite silly. Hahn detaches and stretches his face as much as he can. He was nominated for a 2023 Emmy for the lead role Tiny Beautiful Things in the comedy series.

Series continue Wandavisionin a fun way to switch from one genre to another. At the beginning of the first episode, it looks like we’re watching a police series called “Agnes of Westview”, which borrows directly from the HBO drama Mare of Easttown. Soon the reality of the cop series falls apart and Agatha realizes that she is under a spell. An old enemy is after Agatha. He needs help and gathers a group of witches around him.

A gang of witches goes on the legendary path of witches to seek power. There are tests in front of you, each of which would seem to form one episode, at least at first.

Wandavision boldly played with the history of TV drama and the styles of different decades. Now, style variation is also sought through musical styles of different decades.

Agatha All Alongin perhaps the best gift is, surprisingly, the song heard in the second episode Ballad of the Witches’ Road. With its stem songs, it will immediately ring in your mind. Composed by the song Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez did too Agatha All Along – song Wandavisionissa and of course the Oscar winner Let it Go and others Frozenin songs.
