With a small baby bump: Jennifer Lawrence is pregnant for the second time

American actress Jennifer Lawrence (“The Hunger Games”, “Optimism is the name of the game”) is expecting a second child with her husband, art curator Cook Maroney. Those who were responsible for announcing the happy news are Vogue magazine, who uploaded a post to their Instagram page last night (Sunday) with a photo of the 34-year-old star, with a small baby bump already visible through the white shirt she was wearing.

“Congratulations to Jennifer Lawrence! The Oscar-winning actress is expecting a second child with her art curator husband Cook Maroney,” read a post on Vogue magazine’s Instagram page. They also added that Lawrence’s representatives confirmed the happy news to the magazine.

Lawrence and her partner, Maroni, got married in October 2019 and are currently celebrating 5 years of marriage. The baby in her womb will be a brother or sister to their two-and-a-half-year-old son Sai, whom they brought into the world in February 2022.

In a 2023 Vogue interview, Lawrence spoke with actress Cameron Diaz about parenting, saying that her husband is “the best dad in the whole world.” Jennifer also added at the time that motherhood changed her life: “The euphoria with Sai is just, God, it’s impossible. I always tell him, ‘I love you so much that it’s impossible’.”
