AI can do poetry: humans prefer non-human poetry

From the perspective of the test subjects, the language model was better, more emotional and original. Not even Shakespeare, as an old master, surpassed the artificial spirits for them.

They viewed small mistakes made by human poets as AI will-o-the-wisps. And they substantially underestimated the beauty of the language model poems.

Because when asked what they believed,
whose verses took their breath away,
They mostly thought of people and no one else
to circuit, prompt and intelligent software.
