The news report is also celebrating its 10th anniversary.

Helsingin Sanomat the popular Uutisraportti podcast celebrated its little Christmas on Saturday night. The event had an all-time attendance record of more than 700 people. The party was organized in the Black Box 360 event space located in the Tripla shopping center in Pasila.

HS showed its subscribers a live broadcast of Little Christmas in this story.

The evening was crowned by a live recording of a weekly podcast dealing with social issues. The whole standard guard was there: the driver Tuomas Peltomäki, feature delivery supplier Anna-Sofia Bernerpolitics editor Marko Junkkari and the supervisor of the research group Salla Vuorikoski.

Before that, the Christmas party featured a policy review, which was traditionally held by the former party secretary of the coalition Taru Junnen and had an impact in the cabinets of several Democratic ministers Esa Suominen.

The person who brought the state greeting was a secret until the last meters, but it could be revealed in advance that this year the speaker would perform exceptionally with an accompaniment. It turned out to be a surprise guest in the end Krista Kiuru (sd) which joked in his speeches at the expense of both the government and himself.

In addition to the little Christmases, the event also celebrated Uutisraport’s birthday party. In October, ten years have passed since the first Uutisraportti satirical program was shown on Helsingin Sanomat’s website. Later, the program was also shown on television on the Nelonen channel. As a podcast, Uutisraportti has been published since 2016 and is one of the most popular topical podcasts in Finland.
