Annalisa and Tananai guest star for ‘Natale like a Deejay’

Annalisa and Tananai are the guest stars of ‘Christmas like a Deejay‘, the long-awaited song of Radio Deejay for Christmas 2024from Monday 2 December on air, on the radio’s social and web channels and on Deejay TV and which sees the involvement of all the station’s speakers and deejays. The song, a cover of the 1967 classic ‘Somethin’ Stupid’ by Frank Sinatra and Nancy Sinatra and also famous for the 2001 version by Robbie Williams and Nicole Kidman, was adapted for Christmas by Rocco Tanica with his usual dose of irony and sentiment in two versions: the ‘Deejay edit’, sung by all the deejays on the radio with a cameo by Annalisa and Tananai, and the version in rotation from Monday 9 December sung exclusively by Annalisa and Tananai, who return to duet together after the great summer success of ‘Storie brevi’.

The Radio Deejay Christmas song is a thirty-year tradition for the radio, which began in 1994 with ‘A song for you’ and 20 years after the release of ‘Natale a casa Deejay’, the Radio Deejay Christmas film. “Christmas greetings this year we do them together with two of the most loved personalities in the Italian music scene, Annalisa and Tananai – declares Linus, editorial and artistic director of Radio Deejay – now a true Christmas tradition and a unique case in Italian radio, since 1994 we have involved artists and musicians with all our speakers and deejays to best package songs that can mark memories of our audience during the most loved time of the year. The anticipation every time is so high that since August we have been receiving requests for information on what the Christmas song of the year will be.”
