The second film of the adventures of the Polynesian princess exceeds 300 million dollars for its second week of operation.

This new adventure has us following young Vaiana on a quest across the Pacific Ocean. The film grossed $52 million in its second weekend in theaters, bringing its total revenue to over $300 million.
The second part of the adventures of Vaiana highlights the voices of Auli’i Cravalho for Vaiana and Dwayne The Rock Johnson as Maui, the demigod. It follows the first opus released in 2016, which became, in 2023, the most viewed film on streaming platforms in the United States.
The big screen adaptation of the famous Broadway musical, Wickedwhich immerses spectators in the world of Wizard of Ozmaintains its second place and rakes in nearly $34.9 million, with revenues since its release exceeding $320 million.
In third position, Gladiator IIRidley Scott’s latest feature film, which brings the Colosseum of ancient Rome to life 24 years after his first epic, has grossed nearly $12.5 million this weekend.
