Raphael, admitted to the hospital after suffering a stroke during the recording of ‘The Revolt’

The singer Raphael has been transferred to the Madrid Clinical Hospital, where he is admitted, after suffering a stroke this Tuesday afternoon at the Príncipe Gran Vía Theater during the recording of an interview on David Broncano’s ‘La revuelta’ program.

RTVE sources have confirmed to Europa Press that Raphael was recording a special program of ‘The Revolt’ for Christmas when “he began to feel unwell and went out on his own to catch the ambulance.”

Emergencies Madrid health workers have traveled to the scene, treating the singer at the Príncipe de Gran Vía Theater, located at 8 Tres Cruces Street, who had a cerebrovascular episode.

Subsequently, he was transferred to the hospital with a reserved prognosis and waiting to see how he evolves, Madrid Emergency sources have confirmed to Europa Press.

Precisely, the artist had a concert scheduled for Friday, December 20 and Saturday, December 21 at the WiZink Center in Madrid.
