Windows95man goes on tour in the US

Although 2024 is almost over, Windows95man’s ie Teemu Keisterin the Eurovision year continues until March. Keister still has US and European tours planned as a Windows man.

The tour of the Finnish quintet representative in the United States is extraordinary, apart from the worldwide popularity of the metal band Blind Channel. Käärijäk has so far only given concerts in Europe.

In January, Keisteri will perform in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and San Francisco. According to the artist, the concert venues are bigger than Helsinki’s Tavastia.

Windows95man and his YouTube videos have been known in the United States since before the visas, says Keisteri. Some of the witty humor clips have ended up in America’s funniest home videos.

When Windows95man pulled a DJ gig on a plane in 2016, it ended up on the international website Lad Bible. The airplane video has been watched on Facebook more than 8 million times.

“I can laugh at myself and make fun of myself, which is perhaps not so common in America,” reflects Keisteri.

The tour after that, Keisteri says that he is passionate about fine art and tubing. The year has been so exceptional that the artist known for Ukkeli art has not had time to paint a single painting.

In the last days of the year, Keisteri has browsed through his phone’s photo gallery and stated that he has had enough. In addition to UMK and Eurovision, he has toured almost all festivals in Finland. Keisteri still hasn’t stayed to watch the visu final performance on video.

“For a sensitive artist, it requires a little melting,” Keisteri states.

Windows95man will perform on New Year’s Eve at Helsinki’s citizens’ square when the year changes at midnight. According to Keister, there will be a “megamix” consisting of several show elements. A theater performance that he has written himself.
