It’s a good resolution that is sometimes difficult to keep in the face of temptation. Respecting Dry January, and therefore not drinking a drop of alcohol during the first month of the year, has never been so easy in Paris. Bars, restaurants, stores… There are now numerous addresses in the capital to find alternatives to have fun despite everything. Between non-alcoholic aperitifs, fermented drinks and other “de-alcoholized” wines. “Since Covid, the world of alcohol-free products has been booming and evolving very quickly, in terms of quality and complexity.
