For many it is probably a childhood dream: a huge ball pit to run around in and jump into. That’s exactly what’s happening in Berlin now. It is probably the largest of its kind in the world, with more than 2.5 million small plastic balls.
As the “largest ball pit of all time” called spiegel.de a temporary facility in Shanghai, China in 2013. A hotel had filled its pool with a million balls. The Installation „The Beach“ in Australien did not hold more than 1.1 million balls in 2017.
I do the test and jump into the mega ball pit in Berlin with a classic ass bomb: no problem. Many visitors also perform head dives. However, you should be careful in the 1.5 meter deep pool. There are also other dangers when you get out of the pool and growth in the wardrobe. But where is the ball pit actually?
