“Give me money”: former “Koh-Lanta” candidate Helena victim of attack in the street in Belgium

A traumatic exit. Helena, candidate for the 24th season of the show “Koh-Lanta”, entitled “Le Feu Sacré”, recounted the mishap she suffered in the middle of the street in Braine-l’Alleud, a town located around twenty kilometers south of Brussels.

Visibly shaken by what happened, the Belgian physiotherapist recounted on her Instagram account the attack she suffered on Saturday January 18, when she went alone to the restaurant to join a friend.

“I was walking from the parking lot to the restaurant when a man ran and grabbed my arm,” she said. The person then says to him: “Are you fucking? », to which Helena, “shocked” and “paratified” does not know what to respond, and then decides to accelerate her pace, facing her tormentor who is determined not to let her go.

“Emotional shock” and “loss of confidence”

“Why are you afraid? Why are you stressed,” the latter then asks her, before threatening her. “Give me some money and I’ll leave you alone,” he insisted, before seeing Helena running to the restaurant to join her friend. Once inside the restaurant, the individual apparently did not want to let go since he returned to the front of the restaurant with three other people.

“My girlfriend went out and took a photo of them,” says the 29-year-old young woman, which was obviously not enough to scare away the individuals who were “waiting 50 m away.” Fortunately, when leaving the restaurant “the knot in the stomach”, the two women were able to count on a kind driver. “We stopped a car and asked to take us back to ours,” she says on her social networks.

If the story therefore ends well, “the emotional shock and the loss of confidence are there”, indicates Helena, who however affirmed on Sunday in a video published on Instagram that she felt better. “Be careful of yourself, everything can change so quickly,” she concluded.
