A judge cites to declare as investigated two police officers who participated in the arrest of Nacho Cano

The Judge of Instruction number 38 of Madrid has summoned to declare as investigated two National Police agents who participated in the arrest last July of the music producer Nacho Cano.

In a providence, to which Europa Press had access, the magistrate quotes to appear on February 27 to two police officers from the Police Station of the Central National Police District.

They are cited in relation to the alleged commission of a crime of coercion within the framework of the investigation of the facts that led to the judicial procedure in which Nacho Cano is investigated for alleged irregularities in the hiring of Mexican fellows for the musical ‘Malinche ‘.

The citation is part of the complaint filed by the students against the police of the Leganitos Street in Madrid Street for the follow -ups in the citation process as witnesses.

The students denounced the police on July 8 for “coercion, threats, documentary falsehood and illegal detention”, acts that supposedly occurred on June 27 when the police took a statement.

According to their defense, these agents investigated the students for six months “without informing the judge or undergoing the supervision of justice.”
