Noa returns to the Sanremo Festival exactly 30 years after his first participation, in 1995, as an international guest. He also participated in 2006 by winning the Critical Award. Mira Awad is a Palestinian-Israeli multidisciplinary artist and activist, currently residing in London. In 2009 he represented Israel at the Eurovision Song Contest together with Noa.
