In Rome the exhibition “The art of the Popes, from Perugino to Barocci”

‘The art of the popes, from Perugino to Barocci’. This is the title of the exhibition scheduled in Rome, in Castel Sant’Angelo, from 6 March to 31 August. The exhibition, organized by the European Center for Tourism and Culture, will be presented on Thursday 20 February at 5 pm in Castel Sant’Angelo.

To present the exhibition will be Giuseppe Lepore, president of the European Center for Tourism and Culture. After the institutional greetings of Antonello Aurigemma, president of the Lazio Regional Council and Flavio Pace, the owner and secretary of the Dicastery for the promotion of the unit of Christians, the presentation will be introduced by Luca Mercuri, delegated manager Pantheon and Castel Sant’Angelo – Direction National Museums of the city of Rome. Massimo Osanna, General Manager of Musei del Mic, Alfonsina Russo, head of Department for the enhancement of the cultural heritage of the Mic, Mario Turetta, head of the department for the cultural activities of the Ministry of Culture, will speak. There will also be the curators of the exhibition, Arnaldo Colasanti and Annamaria Bava.
