Díaz has reiterated that the “modernization” of the Royal Decree of 85, which is negotiating with the sector, goes through defending the culture of the use of AI, although in the case of the artist’s statute it will only have to do with labor relations. On the other hand, Díaz has repeated that the Statute will modernize the employment relationship of culture professionals and address child labor in social media and networks, establishing specific age and conditions.

The Royal Decree project aims to update aspects such as working times, essay conditions and other singularities of the cultural sector, with the aim of modernizing and improving the working conditions of the professionals in the field.
