Caricatura gallery shows the work of Petra Kaster

The Caricatura gallery in Kassel shows caricatures by Petra Kaster from March 1 to April 27. The works include cartoons and comics as well as unpublished designations and sketches, as the Caricatura gallery announced. Kaster’s range of topics ranges from the climate and the environment to mobility, digitization and demographic change to questions of gender equality.

“For over 30 years, the carrier of the German caricature award has been drawing cartoons who relentlessly disregard the absurdity of economical, political and ecological complexes and, despite entertaining packaging,”, it was said. The exhibition will be opened in the presence of the artist on February 28th.

Petra Kaster was born in Mülheim on the Ruhr in 1952 and studied visual communication in Essen and intermedial art therapy in Boston.

Petra Kaster has titled this cartoon “nutrition prophets”.
