Together with Peter Plate, she founded the band “Rosenstolz” in 1991, with which she celebrated many successes: five albums ended up first in the German charts. In addition, the duo was awarded the Federal Cross of Merit for the commitment to AIDS. The duo with songs like “Give me sun” and “I am (we are we)” became famous. The album “The Great Life” stayed in the German charts for two years. The band separated in 2012, and Anna R. released her first solo album in 2023, with whom she was on tour from then on.
