The Theater 2025 Award was awarded on Monday night at the Thalia Festival in the field.

Finnish The Theater Association has awarded the Espoo Theater theater of the Year.

The Theater 2025 Award was awarded on Monday night at the Thalia Festival in the field. In addition to the Espoo Theater, the Pori Lovers Theater and the National Dance Regional Center Network were nationwide.

From the finalist group, the winner was chosen by a documentary and a journalist Sean Ricks.

“The theater has to dare to think about things. It has to bring people together, shake up all kinds of attitudes and arouse discussion. & Espoo Theater does just that without anyone. The Espoo Theater has also open -mindedly renewed itself. In addition to new expression, the theater invests in reaching audiences that are difficult to reach.”

The official name of the Espoo Theater is the & brand.

Espoo Theater is the first theater to receive the Theater of the Year award for the second time. It was last awarded in 2011.

The Finnish Theaters Association awards the Theater of the Year award for a domestic established performing art organization, which is particularly distinguished by, for example, acting as a responsible work community, actively developing its audience relationship, being a significant factor in its own environment or by doing another significant development.
