The Criminal Court number 12 of Seville has condemned actress María León, judged on March 14, two fines that total 5,700 euros for crimes of resistance and minor injuries to an agent of the Local Police Hispanic in the framework of her arrest for a night incident; With the obligation in addition to compensating the affected agent with a hundred euros, since the artist has been acquitted of the crime of disobedience that was also attributed and the mitigating repair of the damage to the money consigned before the trial was applied.
Thus, it appears in a sentence issued this Friday by Criminal Court number 12, released by the Communication Office of the Superior Court of Justice of Andalusia (TSJA) and collected by Europa Press.
In his sentence, the Court declares proven that this morning of October 1, 2022, about 4.45 hours, the aforementioned actress and the two remaining defendants, Pedro Á.M. and Jorge SR, walked along María Luisa Avenue in Seville Capital along with other companions, one of them by bicycle, from a dinner after the completion of a filming, “in search of an open store.”

Court ruling
Given the case, the Court completely acquits Pedro Á.M. and Jorge SR of the alleged crimes of attack and resistance and disobedience that correspondedly faced.
In the case of María León, it is acquitted of the crime of disobedience for which it was accused, but is condemned for crimes of resistance and minor injuries with the mitigating repair of the damage to the money recorded before the trial, imposing the court two fines that total 5,700 euros and the obligation to compensate with one hundred euros to the affected agent.
This, in a framework in which the Prosecutor’s Office requested for her for a year and nine months in prison for an alleged crime of attack and 720 euros for this crime and also for a crime of minor injuries, as well as that the agent was compensated with 100 euros; Who on his side claimed for the actress a conviction for crimes of attack, disobedience and minor injuries, with the request that two years and one day in prison were imposed, 9,000 euros of fine and the payment of compensation of 1,150 euros.
The sentence, of course, is susceptible to appeal before the Provincial Court of Seville, with a specific term of ten days for it.
