The director of the Cervantes Institute, Luis García Montero, will defend the official of the Asturian next Thursday, April 3 before the General Meeting of the Principality of Asturias, as reported on Monday the institution.
In this way, García Montero will intervene as a professor of Spanish literature at the University of Granada and responsible for the Cervantine institution, in the debate on the official declaration of the Asturian in this Autonomous Community.
The director of the Cervantes Institute, whose appearance will be in a public session, is one of the 47 experts and institutional representatives invited by political formations that will go to Parliament to advise on this issue, which also contemplates the officiality of the Eonaviego in the region.
