Protest by a group of female students from Liceo Caravaggio at “More books, more free” in front of the stand ‘Passage to the Woods’the publishing house accused of publishing neo-fascist and neo-Nazi books. The young people asked the exhibitors: “Do you agree with this book?”, referring to some volumes on Charlie Kirk and on the role of women highlighted in “X-ray of feminism”. “I haven’t read this book”, the reply of the seller at the counter.
The students then explained to reporters: “We don’t agree with anything they publish. Not even with their idea of the role of women. There are neo-Nazi texts, or those that talk about Kirk who certainly wasn’t a hero of the country. We agree with Zerolimescale, who didn’t come.”
Alongside the protest, however, the stand continues to attract curious onlookers: there are those who stop to leaf through the books – like the UGL secretary Francesco Paolo Capone – and those who decide to buy them, even taking selfies together with the guys at the stand. When asked about the reason for the purchase, a visitor explained: “I’m here and I bought these books because I want to read them.”
