RTL: Louane host and Amélie Nothomb columnist for Christmas

RTL is pulling out all the stops for the Christmas holidays, with a few new programs launched for the occasion and unusual changes of presenters for the usual programs. Mika, Louane, Olivier Minne, Amélie Nothomb are joining the station which intends to continue its ambitious relaunch carried out last school year during the confectioners’ break, with the aim of winning back listeners.

Star of bookstores, Amélie Nothomb arrives on the station’s morning show, taken over by Céline Landreau, then by Olivier Boy. The Belgian writer will not talk about his bedside books, but will talk every day at 6:20 a.m., “his intimate memories” of Christmas and “the fabulous traditions” at the end of the year that inspire him. Another newcomer in the morning is pastry chef Philippe Conticini, who will deliver his best Christmas recipes every morning at 6:50 a.m.

The surprise is also the return for two weeks of “La Bonne Touche”, a game presented fifteen years ago by Jean-Pierre Foucault and Cyril Hanouna. This time it’s the new recruit of M 6, Olivier Minne, who rubs shoulders every day from 10 a.m. to noon.

Mika for “The soundtrack of my life”

Another new show “The soundtrack of my life”, broadcast immediately, until 12:30 p.m. Mika and Louane will take turns to take charge of the station’s musical programming and share their favorites and their memories associated with certain titles that have marked their existence. In the evening, between 9 p.m. and 10 p.m., Xavier de Moulins will detail the “1,001 lives” of his guests, great witnesses of the time, whether artists, athletes or scientists.

In a game of musical chairs, we note that sports enthusiast Florian Gazan will take over “On refait le match” with other football fans as one-night columnists: Thomas Sotto, Alex Vizorek, and Lorànt Deutsch. Martial You, for his part, will resume “We are remaking the world” to dissect all the major challenges of 2026.

Finally, the legendary Georges Lang will provide music on the evenings of December 24 and 31. Vincent Parizot will tell the story of David Bowie and Thomas Pierre that of a little Gaul named Asterix.
