Sergio (Laurentum Prize), ’39th edition underlines the importance of commitment to culture’

“This is an important evening, we have reached the 39th edition of the award which this year we have decided to rename ‘Laurentum Award for the Arts’. On this occasion the excellence of our country, of the different sectors, are rewarded and described under the direction of the President of the jury Gianni Letta and of all of us who are part of it. The Award is a further element that highlights how important commitment to culture is and how young people should be increasingly interested in these issues”. These are the words of Roberto Sergio, director of the Prize, during the official awards ceremony of the XXXIX edition of the Laurentum Prize for the Arts, at the Chamber of Deputies in Rome.
