With his characteristic smile and dressed in a cap and scarf in the colors of Senegal, the French actor shouted a “thank you guys” that came from the heart.

Installed in the stands alongside Bafétimbi Gomis, Mamadou Niang and El Hadji Diouf, the native of Trappes did not miss a beat of Senegal’s victory against Egypt. He even savored Sadio Mané’s goal at the end of the match, which liberated the Atlas Lions and sent them to the final of this tournament in Morocco.

In 2022, Omar Sy had already shouted his love for his country of origin.
