Blanca Paloma and Nebulossa will perform at the grand final of Benidorm Fest 2026 on February 14

The winner of the Benidorm Fest in 2023, Blanca Paloma, and the winning duo in 2024, Nebulossa, will be two of the performances in the final of the fifth edition of the competition that will take place on February 14 in the Alicante city.

This was announced by RTVE, which explained that the Alicante artists participated this Friday in an event at the Benidorm stand at Fitur, together with the festival director, César Vallejo; the director of Communication and Participation of RTVE, María Eizaguirre; and Antonio Pérez and Jesús Carrobles, mayor and city councilor for Events, respectively.

The rock band Kitai will open the semi-finals of the fifth edition of the Benidorm Fest, which will close Miranda! & dancemama. Both galas will take place on February 10 and 12 at the Palau d’Esports l’Illa in Benidorm and in each one six artists will qualify for the grand final to be held on Saturday, February 14. The order of performance of the final will be known from Benidorm on Friday, January 13.

In the first semi-final the artists will perform in this order: Kitai with ‘Love gives you fear’; María León ft. Julia Medina with ‘Ladies and the Tramp’; Luna Ki with ‘Love Bomb’; Greg Taro with ‘Velita’; Izan Llunas with ‘What are you going to do?’; Dora & Marlon Collins with ‘Rakata’; Tony Grox & Lucycalys with ‘T amaré’; Mikel Herzog Jr. with ‘Mi Mitad’ and Kenneth with ‘Los Ojos No Miente’.

The second semi-final will follow the following order: Asha with ‘Tourist’; KU Minerva with ‘I will not cry again’; Tightrope walker with ‘Sobran gilipo**as’; Dani J with ‘Dancing’; The Quinquis with ‘Tú No Me Buscas’; Atyat with ‘Dopamine’; Rosalinda Galán with ‘Mataora’; May with ‘Tocame’ and Miranda! & bailamamá with ‘Despierto Amtamos’.

The fifth edition of the Benidorm Fest that will take place in February will not be used to choose the representative of Spain in the Eurovision Song Contest after the withdrawal of RTVE due to the participation of Israel, but it will award more prizes for the contestants.

Along with the cash prize of 150,000 euros gross (100,000 euros for the performers and 50,000 euros for the authors of the song), RTVE has reached an agreement with TelevisaUnivision so that this year one of the artists will travel to Miami (United States) to promote on the network and record a single. There will be a third prize consisting of a ‘ticket’ to travel to Stockholm (Sweden) to record another single in the Spotify studios.

The new edition changes the trophy. This 2026 contest recovers and reinterprets the mythical Little Golden Mermaid that was awarded to the winner of the Benidorm International Song Festival.
