Rihanna was spotted for the first time since the shooting incident at her home

A week and a half has passed since the singer Rihanna and her partner, the rapper A$AP Rocky, found themselves in the heart of a nightmare: a 35-year-old woman fired about 17 bullets into their home in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles. It seems the two decided to escape the West Coast and ended up in New York.

The two were seen yesterday (Tuesday), for the first time since the shooting, leaving a building in Manhattan. The couple was accompanied by a team of no less than six security guards. Passersby reported that the two looked extremely serious and determined to get into their car as quickly as possible.

As I recall, a woman named Ivana Lizette Ortiz, the suspect in the shooting, arrived at the star’s house in a white Tesla. She stopped in front of the gate of the property and opened fire from the vehicle at the house. Of the 17 bullets she fired, one penetrated the walls of the house. Rihanna, her partner and their three children were inside the house at the time of the incident, but no one was injured.

Ortiz, who fled after the shooting and was found by police half an hour later, faces a long list of charges, including attempted murder and nine counts of assault with a firearm. The bond for her release was set at $10,225,000.
