Alain-Fabien Delon accuses Anthony of having his dog killed, 30 Million Friends files a complaint against

One more chapter in the war of the Delon children. In a series of rather confusing messages published on Instagram on March 19, Alain-Fabien accused his brother Anthony of having “returned his jacket” – probably in the dispute between them and Anouchka – and leads his dog to death.

In 2024, during a day in Douchy, the Delon stronghold, his Malinois would have crossed paths with another family dog, giving rise to a confrontation. Anthony Delon then allegedly asked an employee to shoot “38 Special” on the beast. The cadet believes that another solution could and should have been found. He makes his elder brother responsible for the death of the animal. “You choose the easiest solution: kill”denounced Alain-Fabien, specifying that the dog would have experienced agony of “forty minutes”.

Complaint for acts of cruelty

Through his lawyer Laurence Bedossa, interviewed by RTL, Anthony Delon disagreed. “The Malinois was going crazy, he was going to kill Alain Delon’s dog”declares his counsel. The 30 Million Friends Foundation filed a complaint against X for serious abuse and acts of cruelty towards an animal.

“We do not judge a personality, we judge an act committed and it is our responsibility to know the truth of the facts in this specific case”says Reha Hutin, president of the foundation. “Shooting a dog and leaving it to die constitutes serious abuse and acts of cruelty”estimates Xavier Bacquet, lawyer for the association. One more file for the advice of Alain-Fabien Delon, who is currently seeking to have his father’s will revoked before the Swiss courts.
