Cortellesi remembers Dario Fo and the "danger" to take themselves seriously

“I came this evening to tell you about those incredible months of my life where alongsideDarioI was able to learn many fundamental things including: the danger of taking oneself seriously, the value of mistakes, the power of curiosity and with it the method for becoming young”. With these wordsPaola Cortellesirecalled, one hundred years after his birth,Dario Fotalking about his relationship withNobel Prizewith whom he had the honor and privilege of starring in his latest work. On March 24th theCentenary of Dario Fowhich ideally will end in 2029 with that ofFranca Rame.

“I have come to bring my memory ofDarioteacher and friend, and to make my bow to him and to all those who with courage will continue to choose to be jesters to mock power and restore dignity to the oppressed to learn how to become young”, said Paola Cortellesi again.
