Quevedo celebrates six consecutive weeks reigning at number 1 in songs in Spain

The canarian artist Quevedo has spent 6 consecutive weeks at number 1 on the official list of most listened to songs in Spain by Promusicae.

Until this week, the author of ‘Buenas noche’ held this first place with the song ‘Not even drunk’but now he has dethroned himself with ‘Scandic’.

On February 13, Quevedo published ‘Neither drunk’, a tribute to the Carnival of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria in which he fused the energy of the festival of his land with the pulse of the merengue with timbales, choirs and a band of musicians.

This song has been at number 1 since the eighth week of the year, between February 13 and 19 of the same month, and until the week of March 13 and 19. In week 11 it reached gold record status – it corresponds to 50,000 physical units or equivalent in listening. Subsequently, the canary published ‘Scandic’ on March 20 and it is the current number 1 since that same week.
