The Reina Sofía National Art Center Museum will host between April 17 and 18 the ‘Read Madrid. Festival of Books and Ideas’which celebrates its first edition.

The event brings together figures such as Louisa Yousfi, Pastora Filigrana, Dahlia de la Cerda, Luciana Cadahia, Layla Martínez and Mario Obrero. The event will also feature the participation of Fernanda Trías, Pedro G. Romero, Alberto Santamaría, Luz Pichel, Munir Hachemi, Nuria Alabao and Olga Rodriguez.

Its programming seeks to open new communities of interpretation and horizons of political imagination through the common space built by rehearsal, study, reading and writing.“explains the art gallery in a statement.
