“I even kind of like it”: Nikki Glaser reveals her sex fetish

Comedian Nikki Glaser (41) has been in an on-and-off relationship with TV producer Chris Conway (45) for over a decade. Yesterday (Wednesday), in the Call Her Dadd podcast where she was a guest, she admittedly defined him as her first serious partner – but revealed along the way a sexual preference that makes the “serious” status raise an eyebrow.

“In a relationship I don’t really care if my partner sleeps [עם אחרות]”, Glazer told podcast host Alex Cooper. “But it doesn’t work for both parties,” she added. “I’m not someone who likes to sleep with other people when I’m in a relationship. It doesn’t interest me. But I don’t care if anyone else does. In fact, I even kind of like it.”

According to her, she even encouraged her partner to “go out and have a flirtatious moment with someone”, because she wants “a man that other women also want”. Cooper, who wondered, among other things, when Glazer’s hammer on her partner’s sex life began, in her absence, was answered by her: “At the age of 29. I didn’t have a boyfriend until then.”

About the relationship of the two, who met in 2013 while working together, she said without a shadow of romance: “By its very nature, a long-term relationship is a kind of compromise. You don’t know if the person you’re with is the best for you. There are too many people in the world, you haven’t met most of them – and you won’t. So you have to compromise.”

According to her, the chance of meeting the person “best suited for you” is “quite low”. “I don’t believe in soul mates and I do think you have to tell yourself: ‘This is the best I can do right now, and I’ll just go for it’ – maybe I could find someone better, but who knows?” Glaser said. But what does her partner think of her worldview?

“He completely understands that there is someone better for him too,” she said – adding that she doesn’t think she’s really “the love of his life.” “I mean, I’m the love of his life,” she explained, “I just think he has several loves like that. And there’s probably someone who suits him much better than me, who will be much better for him really.”

Glazer added that her partner had already grazed foreign fields and “did some things” with others. “He probably wouldn’t be happy for me to elaborate on it, but there were interesting things that I had fun hearing about and experiencing.” Later, she added: “Sometimes I’m too busy to be sexy, so I tell him: ‘Go get some attention.'”
