In middle age, women’s bodies undergo many changes, making them susceptible to hormonal imbalance and stress. Chronic stress causes many physical problems such as headaches, stomach aches, high blood pressure, and affects sleep. Women of this age need to maintain healthy habits to relax their minds.

Exercise regularly

Exercise improves mood, improves overall health, and helps women sleep better. Physical activity also helps stabilize hormones, controlling menopausal symptoms by balancing estrogen levels.
