You should avoid drinking alcohol and beer, because these drinks can cause impaired hypothalamic-pituitary function, exacerbating symptoms of hypopituitarism. You need to get enough sleep, limit drinks containing caffeine, and don’t eat too much before going to bed. Playing sports and exercising regularly contributes to mental comfort and excitement, increasing the effectiveness of treating hypopituitarism.
