Should you swallow the seeds when eating a pomegranate?

Pomegranate is rich in minerals and antioxidant compounds, helping to beautify the skin, maintain shape, and lose weight.

In Oriental medicine, pomegranate has a sour, astringent taste and mild properties, and can be used to make medicine. Pomegranate seeds have cooling, anti-bacterial, and anti-oxidant properties.
