Fermented tofu

This dish provides the body with vegetable protein made from soybeans. Fermented tofu provides many nutrients that promote intestinal health, prevent cancer, improve cognitive function, enhance lung, cardiovascular, and liver health, and maintain bone flexibility.

To protect their health, people can choose tofu made from organic, non-GMO soybeans. Soybeans contain goitrogens – compounds that can interfere with thyroid hormone production. Eat this food in moderation to avoid harm to your health.
