In addition, the doctor provides several tips that can help you keep your hair looking its best, especially this season:

 

Do not stretch your hair with a rubber band before going to bed: When the hair is gathered too tightly, the hair may pull and tear, so this action is not recommended, especially when it is done before going to bed, because during the night the stretched elastic may cause the hair to be overstretched without us noticing it at all.

 

 

 

To comb after the overlap: It is important to make sure that the hair is damp and not completely wet and only then comb.

Drink freshly squeezed orange juice every morning: The juice is very rich in vitamins, which according to the doctor helps keep hair shiny, healthy and more vital.
