Here are 10 morning habits to change for better health results and increased productivity.

Press the clock snooze button

Many people have the habit of pressing the snooze button many times after the alarm clock goes off. This habit makes you feel drowsy and lackluster throughout the day.

Waking up at the first alarm helps establish a more productive routine and reduces stress caused by rushing to get ready in the morning.

Check your phone

Many people often check their phones as soon as they wake up, scrolling through social networks or emails. This habit creates unnecessary stress and anxiety early on.

Instead of immediately turning to your phone, take a few minutes to practice mindfulness, talk to your family, or plan your day to have a more positive mindset.

Drink coffee as soon as you wake up
