These drinks help increase resistance to the cold season

Soup, green tea mixed with lemon juice, beetroot and orange juice can help boost immunity and prevent common winter diseases.

Increased cold air can easily lead to colds and illnesses. Besides keeping warm and exercising regularly, a nutrient-rich diet can also help strengthen the body’s resistance. One of the good ways to fight colds and seasonal flu is to use immune-boosting drinks. Some types also have detoxifying effects, improving lung function and enhancing overall health.

Broth, soup

Soups and stews made from kale, spinach, pumpkin, carrots, ginger, and lentils have the effect of detoxifying and purifying the body. They not only contain essential nutrients but also prevent disease-causing agents. Add ginger or turmeric to the drink as these two spices both have anti-inflammatory properties.

Basil tea

Drinking tulsi tea not only eliminates inflammation in the respiratory tract but also aids in wound healing and reduces symptoms of colds, coughs and congestion. This tea also helps lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels, improving cognitive function and skin health.

Green tea with lemon

This drink enhances the purification of toxins in the body and maintains good health. Antioxidants fight oxidative stress caused by air pollution, while acetic acid cleanses the liver, improving digestion.

Beetroot juice

To make beetroot juice, take a teapot, add two tablespoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of ginger powder or grated ginger and half a grated beetroot. Stir well, add hot water, soak the mixture for 10 minutes. Filter and drink, add a little honey to add flavor.

Orange juice

Folate, vitamins and flavonoids in orange juice help reduce inflammation, are very good for overall health and prevent winter diseases. Drinking orange juice also helps relieve symptoms of flu and common cold.

Lemon juice, mint
