The safest way is to drink wine of clear origin. Do not use alcohol with substandard labels.
Production and business establishments should absolutely not produce or trade alcohol prepared from ingredients or alcohol that do not ensure quality, do not have labels, or have not announced standards. Authorities need to inspect alcohol production and trading establishments and strictly handle violators.
