5 morning habits to help keep your liver healthy

Drink warm lemon water, exercise, eat a nutritious breakfast, and use herbal tea regularly to promote better liver function.

The liver is an essential organ, working tirelessly to filter and remove toxins from the body, along with many other important functions.

Drink warm lemon water right after waking up is a good habit for digestion. Lemon is rich in vitamin C and antioxidants. Lemon water helps replenish the body after waking up, eliminate toxins and improve liver function. Adding a small amount of honey to lemon water provides essential nutrients and enhances the detoxification process. Combining lemon with honey also promotes natural liver purification.

Exercise or yoga Every day, especially in the morning, helps the liver detoxify. Yoga postures such as sitting twists and forward bends stimulate blood circulation, stabilize digestion, reduce stress, and improve liver function. Regular exercise such as brisk walking, jogging or aerobics increases blood circulation more effectively, maintaining overall health.
