Maintain correct posture: Stand up straight, body weight divided equally between both legs. Avoid positions that force you to arch or lean forward, especially in people who already have signs of back pain.

You can add a thin pillow to the lumbar area to create a physiological curve. You should stand up and walk every 30-45 minutes, regularly do exercises on the spot to soften your back muscles.
