9 goals set at the beginning of the new year to be healthier

Experts recommend new year to try new things, sleep 7-9 hours, abstain from alcohol, limit social networks and learn to say “no”.

The new year is the time when we review what we have achieved in the old year and set the goal of striving for the next year. Besides affection, family or career, health is an important factor not to be missed.

Here are the health goals that anyone should consult by experts.

Start low intensity training

Mehmet Gem, a physical therapist, advises to start training with low intensity and increase over time.

“Instead of intensity, consistency is the key to sustainable results,” he said.

Do not exercise too much
