Coffee can improve blood circulation, support erection function but drink too much can cause stress and reduce libido.
Improve erectile dysfunction
A study from PLOS One shows that men who drink about 2-3 cups of coffee a day can reduce the risk of erectile dysfunction (ED) compared to those who do not drink coffee. Caffeine acts as a stimulant, which increases blood flow to the penis, thereby helping maintaining an erection.
Men consumes from 85 to 170 mg of caffeine daily to reduce the risk of erectile dysfunction daily compared to those who do not drink. Caffeine can work by relaxing the penis and smooth muscles in the penis, thereby increasing blood flow and improving erectile function.
Maintain sexual health
Good cardiovascular health is an important factor to maintain sexual health, because it helps blood flow better to the genital organs.
Coffee can benefit cardiovascular health if consumed moderately, help reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases and improve sexual function in men.
According to the Journal of Urology, cardiovascular diseases can lead to erectile dysfunction due to limited blood flow. Therefore, maintaining good cardiovascular health through reasonable coffee consumption can indirectly support sexual health.

Negative impact when consuming too much coffee
Although coffee can bring many benefits to male sexual health, too much consumption can be harmful. Excessive consumption of caffeine can cause anxiety, insomnia and an increase in heart rate, negatively affecting mental and overall health. These factors can reduce libido and cause erectile dysfunction.
Some studies have also shown that too much coffee consumption can reduce testosterone, hormone important in maintaining sexual desire and fertility in men.
